Unexpected Marks?

So you have prepared throughout the year and still did not get the expected marks? Now you are disheartened??
This is very usual complains of some students. Remember, "energy can neither be created nor destroyed but only transforms". So if you really prepared hard, studied deeply on different topics, the effort and energy can never going to be wasted...Don't judge yours or anyone else ability by the "report cards". They are just showing where your mind is for 2-3 hours at the examination hall. It is certainly nothing to do with your hidden potentials.
In answering the question, "Should your child be a scientist?" Dr. Edward Teller, one of America's foremost physicists, said, "A child does not need a lightning fast mind to be a scientist, not does s/he need a miraculous memory, nor is bit necessary that s/he get very high grades in school. The only point that counts is that the child have a high degree of interest in science." Dr. David J. Schwartz rightly said, "The thinking that guides your intelligence is much more important than how much intelligence you have”.
